Building the operating intelligence ambulatory surgery deserves
Perivanta exists to close the gap between how important ambulatory surgery centers have become and how little operational intelligence they’ve been given. We build the layer above the systems of record — the one that helps a center run its ORs, teams, supplies, and contracts to their potential.
What we’re here to do
Surgery is migrating to ambulatory settings on every structural force in healthcare — payer incentives, clinical innovation, physician ownership. But the software running most centers was designed for a simpler era: lower acuity, predictable case mix, paper-thin payer complexity. The operators carrying this shift deserve better than spreadsheets on top of systems of record.
We’re building Perivanta with a small group of founding centers, in working sessions with the administrators and physician-owners who will run it.
